We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the package, as evidenced by the postmark. Returns will not be accepted after this period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items show signs of wear or have been altered in any way. In such cases, the items may be returned to you at your expense.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (special orders or personalized items) and swimwear and accessories. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at momentthelabel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will proceed with the refund of the amount corresponding to the item(s) within 15 working days via the payment method of the order.

The refund for the item can be issued in the form of a credit note when you request it upon return.
The voucher is valid for 12 months.
